Yes, you can use the Medulla web app without an EMR. However, the Medulla extension works strictly with an EMR.
We currently support the following EMRs:

In a situation where your EMR is not currently being supported, you can use the Medulla web app for your encounters. Then copy and paste the clinical documents in your EMR where applicable.
