Yes. You can use earphones or headphones during a Telehealth call with your patient without affecting the transcription.
Connect your earphones or headphones to your device, then open Microphone Settings and select them from the Input device dropdown.
You can use Start test to make sure your microphone is working before starting the call.
Medulla will capture the conversation and generate your note as usual.
